Dear Sir,
I have applied for my student visa on 05th May 2011, and my college got a suspension during process, and now my visa is on hold at chennei visa processing office. So, i decided to withdraw the application but college does not refund the course fee in fully but only 50% which is very unreasonable and unfair. Is there any place which i can write and get my course fee refunded fully. please advise me.
