i have a client in UK, he is on Tier 4 visa. His visa was rejected due to bank statement which was more than 1 month. Student is currently studying with a HTS. Bank statement was printed before, but application was not send to HO as other documents eg CAS was pending with college. Now this student visa has been rejected and has no right to appeal. Can you advise me if he will be able to appeal to an independent immigration judge? or shd he go back to his home country and re apply for a fresh application. and what about the current course that he is doing right now? How will he be able to leave his studies? Thank you.
