I am a student from india, wanted to do a course in hospitality management in uk, my agent in india (Destination Abroad)got my admission in citec college london, first they got an offer letter for hospitality management in september, could not go due to financial reasons. so in october they got another offer letter as the September intake was over, this time the offer letter the got was for a different course. it was for strategic management and leadership. when i asked them why had they got this letter they never informed me that citec college no longer offer hospitality management, they informed that it was for the visa, once i reach the college i can change the course, i even checked website the of citec college, till march 2011 they were offering hospitality management(it was mentioned on the website) but once i reached the college for registration the people gave me a form to change the course. Then they told me to go to the marketing dept and change the course, when i met people at the marketing dept they said that they no longer offer the course, when i called my agent in india, they were not ready to help me and said that they wont support me, when i asked for the refund they said that the cant do anything about it. Now the course in no use for me. i dont know what to do have invested so much money have also taken a loan for hospitality management, but now the college and my agent are telling me to do strategic management and leadership, i don know what to do now. the college is not ready to refund my fees. please help me what should i do as on the cas letter in mentions strategic management and leadership. what can be done now, as the course is no use for me.
