I am student of London College of Law & Management. My college is suspended since feb-2011. Still they are fighting to get the college back to the register but not successful.
Can anybody help that Is it safe for my wife and my son to travel to pakistan for 2 months on urgent basis. while I will be still in the UK.
will they face any problem in immigration when they return. Because college licence is still suspended, not revoked.

Dear All,
I understand that many of you will be concerned regarding the recent situation with the UK Border Agency. I also understand that there are many rumours circulating about the effects of this situation. I want to assure you that our Chief Executive and his management team are doing all in their power to correct the situation.
On 12th July, the UK Border Agency temporarily suspended BITE from their list of sponsors while they investigated some alleged irregularities concerning the immigration status of some students at BITE. In the two most important cases, we have evidence to show that these allegations are unfounded. As a result, Dr Farmer has engaged the services of Quist Solicitors, who are experts in this field, and has started legal proceedings to re-instate BITE to the UKBA list. These proceedings are necessarily complex and will take some time to complete; however, we are confident that BITE will be back on the list within the next 2-3 weeks.
In the meantime, let me assure you once more that this temporary suspension does not affect your places at BITE. Your teaching will continue and your work will be assessed.
I believe that there have been rumours suggesting that, if the suspension lasted more than 60 days, BITE would be obliged to close down. Let me assure you that there is no such regulation. BITE will continue to operate as normal while this suspension is in operation.
Some of you will have applied for visa extensions. Those extensions will be held by the authorities while the suspension is in operation. For those of you who need to apply in the next few weeks, please contact the administration team for your particular course, who will be able to give you personalised assistance.

Hi,
my college has been suspended by UKBA and is been removed .I have my visa till feb 2012.How do i get my money back?How can i stay in uk and how can i extend my visa ? please reply .

I am one of student who applied for student visa on march 30, 2011 and kept watching registered sponsor list. When i received cash letter the college was on sponsor list. But after submitting paper for visa in uk embassy after five days the college was suspende from the list.
Now my question is to know about the procedure of visa from embassy. Will this reason of suspending college effect visa process or not ? If affect this reason why student should suffer loss of money and time ? And what is the solution for that. Student trust uk boarder agency which is most valuable and playing valuable roll between colleges and student. As an important agency by which the permission granted for issuing the cash letter and then they don’t care about his effect that how many innocent student will victim of the action taken by them? They don’t care about the people who loos their money and time? Is this the right way to deal with innocent people ?

Dear Sir,
I have applied for my student visa on 05th May 2011, and my college got a suspension during process, and now my visa is on hold at chennei visa processing office. So, i decided to withdraw the application but college does not refund the course fee in fully but only 50% which is very unreasonable and unfair. Is there any place which i can write and get my course fee refunded fully. please advise me.
