Hi dears,
I’ve just received my rejection for my visa, i was attempting to study as a tier 4 student, i have submitted all my papers and all the documents were official and up to request standard.
But my visa was refused because I’ve sent my bank statement in Arabic not in English.
Could anyone help me and advice what can i do now, do i have to get a new CAS statement or i can appeal?

i have a client in UK, he is on Tier 4 visa. His visa was rejected due to bank statement which was more than 1 month. Student is currently studying with a HTS. Bank statement was printed before, but application was not send to HO as other documents eg CAS was pending with college. Now this student visa has been rejected and has no right to appeal. Can you advise me if he will be able to appeal to an independent immigration judge? or shd he go back to his home country and re apply for a fresh application. and what about the current course that he is doing right now? How will he be able to leave his studies? Thank you.

hi,i am new to this but anyway,last year on jan 2010 my wife applied for an extention on her student visa,she mention the two dependats on the main application form but forgot to fill in the two pbs form,we waited until 12 april when she got a letter to get her biometrics taken but not her two dependants,we called the home office and they advice us to fill out two pbs forms and send them in with the referance number they provided ,they told us to include the relevant fees.A month later they refused my wife aplication,but she could appeal which she did,in june home office return the dependats application as the fees paid where not enought ,we where in limbo ,we did not know if we had to make new application or wait till the main applicant appeal comes through ,which did suceed in dec 2010 ,we made fresh application in jan 2011 for the dependants ,which was refused in april 2011 ,saying the bank statement was not stamp on both sides and there is no appeal and administrative rieview as the application was made after the leave to remain has expired,any advice is hugeley welcome as i am stuck.

my uk student visa extention appeal was on 9 aug 2010..and it was allowed on september,but in oct 2010 they wr sent me a letter that appeal was refused because i had not applied it wihin 60 days…but my soliciter told me they were wrong because we applied in time and also they had to reply us within 5 days after appeal if they have query…and we sent them letter on oct 2010 they wre wrong …..but it was 9 month but i dont get any reply from ukba
so,im worry abt that …they will reply me or not because without any reply we live here..my solicitre also sent another same letter before 2 weeks…so..it is fare that we stay here and wait for reply ? or we have to leave uk bec its very long time waiting? pls give me a any suggetion becuse i had also applied for canada pr from london and its effect on my pr application or not pls give me any advice what better for me…thanks ..

Hi,My study visa has refused under 245ZV AND 320(7A),but i am not satisfied with this decision .I have taken loan against Funds.but embassy is saying that I have disbursed loan ,how this could be possible I have all the evidence with me…My FD document ..Loan letter..Written request from bank manager…I would like to ask one question that If i will not raise appeal to uk embassy what will happen? because i know that UK embassy will Ruin my future they will take more than 2 years…
